
This product is a multipurpose emulsifier which has been formulated for all types of cakes (cup cakes, layer cakes, Swiss rolls, mini rolls, ...) and cookies.
Ingredients :
Mono glyceride(E471), E475, Propylene glycol ester of fatty acid, Glycerol, Mono propylene glycol, Sorbitol and Water.
Effects of Emulgel J60 :
1. Giving a good softness to the product
2. Decreasing dough mixing time
3. Increasing efficiency of oil in batter

Dosage :
0.5 to 1.5 % of Batter weight (Depends on the effect factors)
Procedure :
Our recommendation is mixing Emulsifier with sugar and oil, or sugar and egg at first step of batter making.
